These earrings will be especially hand-dyed for you using our own pigment recipes. Every earring set is unique. All the hooks and posts are made of hypoallergenic 925 sterling silver. Please allow a processing time of up to 7 business days for your order to be handcrafted.Due to the exclusive nature of these pieces we are unable to offer exchange or refund on custom made pieces.
Slight differences in hue and colors, as well as small imperfections of the surface (such as step lines), are considered a sign of the authenticity of a unique bespoke one-off jewel.

Returns and exchanges available within 14 days of delivery. The items must be returned undamaged in their original packaging and conditions, the buyer is responsible for shipping fees.The piece will be throughly inspected and you will be notified of the status of your refund. Custom orders can not be returned or exchanged.
WARRANTY
We offer free warranty on parts and labor for 1 year. We cannot guarantee against possible damage or inappropriate use. Please check our FAQ's page for more info.In case of damaged due to misuse or occurring after the initial 12 months period we offer a repair service, a quote will be sent after inspection. Any shipping cost related to any repair is to be at the buyer's charge.
